Fairview-Union Water System offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs. Payments are Due by the 15th of EACH Month. After the 15th of each month, there is a late fee applied. Water Disconnect Date is the 25th of EACH Month. There is a $50.00 reconnect fee if your service is interrupted for non-payment. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!

We now accept credit and debit card payments! To pay online, visit https://fuws.authoritypay.com/ and set up your online account. You'll need a copy of your bill for your account number and CID number the first time you log in. You can also view your bill, meter readings, past usage and sign up for ebilling. To pay by phone, call 318-702-0522 and have your credit or debit card information ready.
Payment Locations
You can pay your water bill in person at our office located at 163 Spillway Road, Coushatta, LA 71019. DO NOT MAIL YOUR WATER BILL TO THIS ADDRESS. Or you can pay your water bill at SABINE BANK - AT THE COUSHATTA BRANCH ONLY. Please have your water bill with you when paying at the bank or they will not accept your payment.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Authorization Form located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
